WORKSHOP OVERVIEW
Pre-Workshop: Registered participants will complete a pre-workshop questionnaire, and come prepared to discuss their LID experiences. Our expert panel and LID professionals will review the submissions and select a few to be used as case studies presented to the larger group. Deadline for submissions is November 13, 2008.
Participants will enjoy a networking breakfast, followed by a series of presentations that will introduce participants to a variety of common experiences in LID, highlighting LID implementation in the Nose Creek Watershed. During the afternoon, participants will spend 1.5 hours in small groups working through prepared worksheets, addressing concerns, brainstorming solutions, and networking with professionals to identify useful tools in LID implementation. An expert panel will address some common issues, and provide a forum for additional questioning that may not have been solved through the workshop process.
Follow Up: Using the completed worksheets, notes from the discussion and other presentation materials, a summary document will be sent to participants to form part of their future LID “ToolKit.”
NEED ACCOMODATIONS?
Participants are invited to book their own accomodations, should they be required.
