So you've decided to protect a natural wetland. What will it take?  This session will explore the 'care and feeding' of a natural wetland in an urban environment and the challenges and lessons learned along the way. 

In the next session on March 27th, we'll look at the evolution of constructed wetlands from their early days, all the way to the era of storm parks, and how LID features like bioretention can help them perform even better. Can a constructed wetland be considered for environmental credit? Let's talk about it.
