Bow Basin Phosphorus Management Plan - final for endorsement plus supporting documents

Posted on May 22, 2017 | Author: AESRD | Final for Endorsement: May 2014

"In 2011, Alberta Environment and Sustainable Resource Development invited contributing parties in the affected reach of the Bow River to initiate a voluntary, collaborative process to address phosphorus loadings, not just from point sources such as the wastewater treatment plants, but from non-point sources as well.

The BRPMP provides the strategic direction for developing an implementation plan. As strategies and actions are implemented, and as research, pilot projects and modelling provide new information, the BRPMP will be adapted to reflect new understandings."

This version is the final for endorsement. The ALIDP endorsed the plan in 2014.
